Return Policy
In a perfect world, this section would not be required... but mistakes do happen and our goal is to ensure your satisfaction if at all possible. Some rules or guidelines must be posted In order to do this fairly but we do consider each situation individually.
Damaged or Broken Items are rare, but if any items arrive damaged or broken, please inform us by e-mail (
Click Here), phone (888.741.0846) or fax (847.841.8985) within 10 business days from receipt of goods. We will replace the broken item as quickly as possible.
30 Day Return Policy. For returns or exchanges, simply call (888-741-0846) for authorization within 30 days from order. Items must be in new condition and packed securely in the original packaging with receipt. We will refund the purchase price if product arrives intact and unused. Because of current high fuel costs, the original shipping costs may be deducted if return is not due to wrong items shipped or damaged. If an exchange is requested, outbound shipping may be applied.
Partial refunds will be issued:
For items that are returned after 30 days.
No refund will be issued for:
Any item that shows signs of use.
Any item not returned in original "as new" condition.
Clearance and Discontinued Items:
All sales are final.
