Prices include UPS ground delivery & handling in the 48 contiguous U.S. States for all orders of $30.00 or more. Because of rising fuel prices, orders with a total less than $30.00 will incur a nominal $6.95 shipping charge. Please note that incorrect addresses that require multiple delivery attempts may incur a UPS correction charge of $6.00.
All glasses are hand-inspected and stemware is wrapped in tissue. Everything is cushioned with "peanuts" (made from 100% recycled consumer plastic) and/or bubble wrap. Our corrugated boxes are heavy-duty 275 pound test.
Orders received Thursday through Sunday are normally shipped no later than Tuesday.
Orders received Monday through Wednesday normally ship no later than Friday. Many are shipped earlier.

Our default UPS Ground service provides delivery in 1 to 5 business days (depending on location) after processing. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email notice with your UPS tracking number. Please click on this UPS maplink to estimate your delivery time from our Chicago area warehouse. The majority of orders will be delivered in 1 to 3 business days so that Priority Shipping may not be necessary.
Please note that Priority Shipping services apply only after processing which can take 1 to 2 business days.
